You do not need an account or customer number. A short description of the problem, your iOS version, and your app version are usually enough to begin.

Please avoid including private journal text, reasons, trigger details, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Before emailing

  • For purchase issues, try Restore purchases from the paywall or Profile.
  • For reminders, confirm notifications are allowed in iOS Settings and review the reminder time and quiet hours in Flower Focus.
  • For a missing daily check-in, include your local time, time zone, and whether the day changed while the app was open.
  • For a display issue, include the iPhone model and a screenshot with private content removed.

Urgent safety support

If you might hurt yourself or feel unable to stay safe: call or text 988 in the United States to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If there is immediate danger, call emergency services.

Flower Focus support email is not monitored as an emergency service and cannot provide medical care or crisis intervention.

If stopping alcohol feels physically unsafe, or withdrawal symptoms feel severe, seek medical help urgently.

Quick answers

Where is my information stored?

Your check-ins, notes, support history, reminders, progress, and garden state are stored locally on your device. Flower Focus does not use a developer-operated account or sync service.

How do I restore Lifetime Unlock?

Open the Lifetime Unlock screen and choose Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the Apple ID that originally completed the purchase.

Does deleting the app delete my journal?

It may. Flower Focus does not keep a server copy of your data, so deleting the app can remove local records. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step when preserving journal history matters.

Can I change from cannabis to vaping, tobacco, or alcohol?

Yes. Change the focus type from Profile. Existing check-ins remain stored locally; the selection updates app wording and future guidance.

Is Flower Focus medical treatment?

No. Flower Focus is a reflection and support tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical detox, or emergency care.
